We offer Free Shipping via FedEx Home Delivery within the U.S. for orders of $75 or more. There is an $8.00 shipping fee within the U.S for orders less than $75. Additional shipping fees will apply to orders using expedited services. Virginia residents will incur a 5% sales tax on their order. We do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S.
Orders placed M-F usually ship within 48-72 hours. Sat/Sun orders usually ship within 48-72 hours of the next business day. Orders placed on U.S. bank holidays usually ship within 48-72 hours of the next business day.
Orders placed during the last week of the calendar year will be shipped within 48-72 hours of the next business day in January of the next calendar year.
Please note, we do not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame and do not offer expedited shipping.
PO Boxes and FedEx
If you are shipping your order to a PO Box, please be aware that the only FedEx service that goes to PO boxes is FedEx Smartpost. With FedEx Smartpost, FedEx delivers the package to a local post office, and the post office finishes the final portion of the delivery. As a result, this transit time is a lot longer than with Home Delivery. Packages going to a PO box can take between 7-14 days or longer to be delivered depending on the final destination.
Unopened, non-damaged DVDs can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt by mailing the DVDs back to our returns department at this address:

Please include your name, email address and the order number. If possible, please also include the original packing slip that came with your order.
Once we receive the unopened DVDs, we will issue a refund for the cost of the DVD less original shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returns.
Damaged or defective DVDs can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please use this email form here to contact us about returning damaged or defective DVDs.
